How customers opt in

1. 1. By phone (verbal consent)

   When a customer calls, the assistant asks:

   “Can TradeDispatch text you at this number about your service request? You'll get service updates and appointment confirmations. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime to opt out.”

   Texts are sent only if the customer says yes.

2. 2. By text

   Customers may text the business number directly to request service.

3. 3. By web form

   Customers enter their mobile number and check the SMS consent box on the form below.

What you'll receive

Service updates, appointment confirmations, and replies to your request. No marketing messages.

All messages are sent by TradeDispatch (Cloudvio Technologies LLC). We do not share your consent or number with affiliates or other companies, and you will not receive messages from any other business.

First message

After a customer opts in, the first message sent is exactly:

TradeDispatch: Thanks for your request! You'll receive service updates and appointment confirmations. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
